They lead as their best selves and inspire their teams to do the same. Meet the Coach: Michelle Moffitt
Michelle has worked in organizational psychology for over 30 years. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to start multiple companies, from group counseling practices to historic restoration companies and currently launching a leadership coaching business. As a Leadership Coach, Michelle partners with leaders and high achieving professionals in 1:1 and group coaching programs to intentionally create more productive and happy workplaces. She creates and facilitates experiences that promote self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and confidence, which generates long term organizational cultural change. She believes her work is for all humans as allyship is necessary to create the most equitable, creative, diverse, and innovative workspaces. She is the founder of Michelle Moffitt Coaching, a nationwide Women’s Leadership Development program designed to empower women to lead well.
Education: Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist as she holds an MA in Mental Health counseling as well as marriage and family therapy. She obtained a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She is certified in the Enneagram, Gottman Therapy for relationships, Narrative Focused Trauma Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Additionally, she cut her teeth on coaching with Tara Mohr and WILD Leader Development.
