WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT WHEN WORKING WITH MICHELLE?

Midlife is a powerful and transformative stage of a woman’s life—one that brings both opportunities and challenges. Therapy can offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore your identity, manage shifting responsibilities, and develop sustainable, healthy coping strategies.

This stage of life is often rich with growth, but it can also bring real losses and transitions—changes in relationships, careers, physical health, and the way you see yourself. In a culture that glorifies youth, it takes courage to honor your lived experience, embrace your evolving body, and celebrate your unique beauty.

My work centers on helping women meet these stages with clarity, strength, and self-compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, questioning your path, or trying to find your footing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You might find yourself wondering:
“How did I get here? Who am I now? What do I want moving forward?”

These questions aren’t signs of failure—they’re invitations to deeper self-discovery.

Midlife can feel like standing in an overgrown garden—surrounded by pieces of your past that no longer reflect who you are. Therapy gives us the chance to tend to that garden with care. Instead of just pulling surface-level weeds, we explore the deeper roots—your experiences, beliefs, and roles that may no longer serve you.

Together, we’ll uncover patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or grief—not to judge them, but to understand where they came from. We’ll honor what once helped you survive and replace it with self-trust, clarity, and emotional freedom.

We can’t change the past, but we can change its power over us.

This is your space to speak freely, reconnect with yourself, and explore what’s next—without judgment or shame. Through insight, curiosity, and care, we’ll clear space for you to grow into the next season of your life—stronger, freer, and more fully you.

Hi, I’m Michelle!

Mental Health Counseling and Coaching

I work with thoughtful, capable women—in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond—who are navigating the complexities of midlife. On the outside, they may seem successful, put-together, and reliable. But inside, they feel stuck, disconnected, anxious, or exhausted from carrying so much for so long.

They’re ready to understand the “why” behind their patterns, get to the root of their struggles, and build a life that feels truer, freer, and more grounded in who they are becoming.

If you're craving clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of self—you're in the right place.

CRACKED OPEN: A JOURNEY TO A RESILIENT AND INDEPENDENT MINDSET

Cracked Open: A Journey to a Resilient and Independent Mindset

I work with women in midlife who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves or their story.

This work is deeply personal to me—because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to lose yourself in systems, relationships, and roles that no longer fit. And I also know the freedom that comes from finding your way back. As we discover and own our true selves, we will find confidence, reclaim our voices, and become empowered by the brilliance that emerges when we allow ourselves to be cracked open.

My book, Cracked Open, explores the transformative power of change—blending personal experience with psychological insight. It offers a roadmap for those ready to break free from old narratives and step into a more authentic, empowered life.
